TAPS
TAPS is a graduation requirement for all CUHS students which consist of a TAPs Folder located in the students Google Drive, students must have 60 community service hours completed, a Community Service/Participation Journal, signed Student Affidavit, a signed TAPs Sr Contract, All About Me PowerPoint, Job Application, Cover Letter, Resume, one Recommendation Letter, and Three References. TAPs is a four year program where students work with their Tribe Time teacher ensuring that they are on track to graduate and start planning for their future. At the end of their senior year, all students are required to present their completed TAPs Folder during an interview. This portfolio is required by the district in order to graduate.
Due to Covid-19: Community Service hours and Tribe point requirements have changed.
Community Service papers can be picked up in the library or front office. Students must have the papers pre approved by either their TAPs teacher or Mrs. Labendeira before they start.
Hours/Tribe Point Needed by Class:
● Class of 2027
○ 60 hours or 40 hours and 20 Tribe Points
● Class of 2026
○ 60 hours or 40 hours and 20 Tribe Points
● Class of 2025
○ 60 hours or 40 hours and 20 Tribe Points
Senior Class of 2024
45 hours or 30 hours and 15 Tribe Points
TAPS folder will be due March 7, 2024
First TAPs interview will be Thursday March 21, 2024
Last TAPs interview will be Thursday April 18, 2024
