Employee Portal (Frontline ERP)
Chowchilla Union High School District has rolled out Employee Portal (ePortal) and ePayroll Stubs.
Below you will find the link to our District's Employee Portal and step by step instructions on how to enroll and gain access to the employee portal. The employee portal will provide you with access to your payroll stubs, W2's and leave balance information. You have access to a payroll calculator and also have the ability to update your W4 Federal and State withholdings. You have access to download prior month payroll stubs and prior year W2's (from 2020 to current date). Our financial system will send you an email on payday at 4 a.m., letting you know that the stub is available on the portal.

CUHSD can not reset your password for you.
Passwords must be at least 15 characters and must include: upper case, lower case, number, and special character.
**Please Note**
If you receive any of the following messages:
"(Locked out) Login attempt exceeded the maximum allowable consecutive login attempts."
"Invalid user credentials for your account were provided multiple times. For security reasons, your account has been locked"
You must wait at least 5 minutes before using the "Forgot Password?" link.
