Attention Students & Families!
Camarena Health will be providing sports physicals for student-athletes and CNA physicals and TB skin tests for students enrolled in the CNA program during Tribe Turnout. This is a convenient opportunity to complete these requirements before the school year begins.
No registration or appointment is necessary—walk-ins are welcome!
CUHS NATP & Tribe Athletic forms, and consent forms are available in the front office.
