Sports Physicals – June 17 & June 20
Camarena Health will be on campus offering Sports Physicals for student-athletes. Two options are available: June 17 | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM By Appointment – Insurance Required June 20 | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Self-Pay Clinic – $35 Flat Fee All students must complete a physical to participate in school sports and have a consent form filled out. Forms can be picked up in the administration office or found on the school website under the medical/nurse tab.
